
Martin Jennings is Director of Marketing and Business Development at AXA Distribution Services, a new business established in January 2007.
He joined AXA in 2002 to develop their distributor focused marketing programmes. Since taking the role in AXA Distribution Services he has been instrumental in the strategy, design and implementation of the Elevate proposition.
In his role at AXA Distribution Services, Martin is responsible for all aspects of platform strategy, proposition lifecycle management, communications, business consultancy and distribution.
Prior to joining AXA Distribution Services Martin held numerous senior sales and marketing roles outside Financial Services, working in Telecoms, Utilities and Consulting.
Martin holds an honours degree in Mathematics and has a passion for sport, playing semi professional national league rugby for many years. He is married with a young family.
