Sign up for Elevate

Elevate offers all the essentials to help deliver the outcomes that are important to your clients. This includes core tax wrappers and investment choices.

You can use Elevate’s full range of features, products and investments or, just the ones to help meet a particular client need. It’s designed to make it easy for you to do both.

You can also migrate all your clients’ assets onto Elevate and we can support you with this. It can give your business more flexibility and efficiency, as well as access to tax wrappers and investments that can cover a broad range of your clients’ needs.

Remember: The value of investments can go down as well as up, and your clients could get back less than they paid in.

Here’s what you need to do to sign up

In most cases, you can sign up for Elevate online without having to call or post signed documents. Before you start our online sign up process, follow these steps.

1. Carry out your diligence on Elevate, using our guide

We’ve created a guide with easy to follow steps to help you to perform your due diligence checks on Elevate. Please take all the time you need to see what our platform can offer you and consider whether it meets your client and business needs.

2. Review suitability for your clients

Check your clients' suitability with our client guide. It will explore if Elevate is right for them and show them what they can expect from the platform.

3. Get the details you need

If you have the right details to hand, signing up for Elevate will only take between 10 to 15 minutes. It's all online. There's no need to post forms with your signature.

You must be an individual authorised to accept the Elevate Adviser Terms of Business on behalf of the adviser firm which is authorised and regulated by the FCA.

Here are the details you need:

  • Your firm or network's details and FCA number
  • Your firm's bank account details
  • Details of one admin user, including their date of birth (you can add more later)
  • Details of one adviser that will be using Elevate, including their date of birth (you can add more later)
  • If applicable, the details of clients you want to move on the platform. You can bulk transfer them onto the platform.
