From time to time, we may need to mail your clients to keep them informed of changes in legislation or changes to their plans.

When Who was it sent to? Main message
December 2017 Elevate clients

We have updated Elevate client terms and conditions to relect the MiFID II EU legislation and to clarify some existing wording. We communicated to clients that these changes would be taking place in their recent Elevate statement issued in November 2017. The updated terms and conditions documents were published on our website on 4 December 2017 and the changes will come into effect from 3 January 2018.

March 2017 Elevate clients

We are updating Elevate client terms and conditions, to reflect that Elevate is now part of Standard Life. Letters will start to arrive with your clients from mid-March onwards. the changes will come into effect towards the end of April.

November 2016 Elevate clients Elevate has changed from ownership from AXA to Standard Life. View the letter we are sending to your clients from 7 November.
