Elevate 18.1 platform enhancements - Password updates

As part of making essential updates to further enhance the security of our platform, from Monday 22 May you'll be required to provide us with a memorable word or phrase when you first log in.

 

 

When will a memorable word or phrase be used?

When requesting a new Elevate password using the 'Forgot your password' link on the Elevate login page. Your current security question will be replaced by this chosen memorable word or phrase.

How do I provide you with a memorable word or phrase?

From Monday 22 May when you first log in to Elevate you'll be prompted to provide us with your chosen memorable word or phrase.

Following these instructions:

  • Minimum 10 characters (maximum 50)
  • Combination of letters and numbers, it must contain at least one letter and at least one number
  • Do not use spaces
  • Do not use special symbols
  • Do not use your Elevate username or password as part of your memorable word or phrase
  • Do not use the same character more than two times in a row
  • Do not use your date of birth

The word or phrase will then be stored and you'll be asked to provide it when requesting a new password in the future.

What about my clients who have read only Elevate access?

From Monday 22 May when your clients first log in to Elevate they will also be prompted to provide a memorable word or phrase following the instructions above. Again, this will only be used when requesting a new Elevate password using the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the Elevate login page.
