As part of making essential updates to further enhance the security of our platform, from Monday 22 May you'll be required to provide us with a memorable word or phrase when you first log in.
When requesting a new Elevate password using the 'Forgot your password' link on the Elevate login page. Your current security question will be replaced by this chosen memorable word or phrase.
From Monday 22 May when you first log in to Elevate you'll be prompted to provide us with your chosen memorable word or phrase.
Following these instructions:
The word or phrase will then be stored and you'll be asked to provide it when requesting a new password in the future.
From Monday 22 May when your clients first log in to Elevate they will also be prompted to provide a memorable word or phrase following the instructions above. Again, this will only be used when requesting a new Elevate password using the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the Elevate login page.
