Enhancements to Elevate - Platform availability and Elevate 19.0 wizards

The Elevate platform will be unavailable



On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September 2017 we will be making changes to the platform resulting in it being unavailable.

We are making improvements as part of our on-going commitment to enhance the platform. These include exciting changes to our processes for placing new business and additional investments on Elevate largely resulting from your feedback, with the aim of making it easier for you and your clients to do business using Elevate.

Creating new Elevate accounts and adding product wrappers/top ups and Investment Selection Tool enhancements

We will be making the following improvements:

  • Clarifying language, de-cluttering screens and hiding additional choices until needed - to make the process simpler and more intuitive.
  • Bank account details may now be input before or after client documents are produced to adapt to the needs of your new business processes.
  • Refresh of investment search; streamlining filtering criteria, simplifying the user-interface and adding dynamic search to enable you to easily find the instrument of your choice.
  • Creation of a 'Favourites' quick link, enabling you to shortlist the funds and model portfolios you regularly select to save you time searching.
  • Cheapest share classes will be easily identifiable via an icon in the results pane and your Favourites, even when searching by fund codes.

Please complete all in-progress wizards

Unfortunately for us to make all the updates to the platform, any client data held within the following in-progress wizards will not be saved.

Please make sure all wizards have been fully completed and submitted by 18:00 on 22 September 2017 to avoid any inconvenience.

Impacted wizards:

  • New client product purchases/transfer (all account types)
  • Existing client top-ups and new product purchase/transfer (all account types)
  • New and existing client quote (illustrations)
